This policy explains what personal data NeuPathsAI collects, why, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Data from demo requests
When you request a demo we collect:
- Full name
- To address you and know who made the request.
- Work email
- To reply to you and send your confirmation.
- Company
- To understand who we would be working with.
- Company size
- To shape the right kind of project.
- Role
- To understand your part in the work.
- What you want help with
- To prepare for the discovery call.
- Preferred contact method
- To reach you the way you asked.
Data from accounts
When you create an account we collect:
- Name
- To show on your dashboard and fill in demo requests.
- Work email
- To sign you in, confirm your account, and send account emails.
- Company
- To fill in demo requests for you.
- Password
- To sign you in. It is stored only as a secure one way hash. No one, including NeuPathsAI, can read it.
Data collected automatically
We also keep:
- Request date and time
- To track when each request came in and its status.
- A one way hash of your IP address
- To block spam and limit repeat submissions. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is deleted after 24 hours.
- Sign in cookies
- To keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see your data
- You can see your own profile and requests on your dashboard.
- William Neubauer, the owner of NeuPathsAI, can see demo requests and profile details to respond to you.
- Other customers can never see your data.
- Service providers store or send data for us: Supabase for the database and sign in, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting. They use it only to provide their service.
- We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Demo request data is kept for 12 months after a request is closed or declined, then deleted. Requests moved to trash are erased after 30 days. Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile and requests are deleted right away.
How to delete your data
- Logged in: go to your dashboard and choose Delete account. This removes your account, profile, and requests.
- No account, or need help: email the address below and ask for your data to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
