Terms of Use
Effective date: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and NeuPathsAI, a sole proprietorship operated by William Neubauer (NeuPaths, we, us, or our). They cover your use of neupathsai.com and any pages, accounts, forms, and emails connected to it (the Site).
By using the Site, creating an account, or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What NeuPaths does
NeuPaths helps people and small teams learn and use Claude Code and other AI tools, and helps them build AI into the way they already work. The Site explains our services, lets you create an account, and lets you request a call with us.
The Site is for information and for starting a conversation. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell services at a set price or a promise of any result.
2. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and you includes that organization.
3. Your account
- Give us true and current information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at neupaths.ai@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting it removes your profile and your requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Site or other users at risk.
4. Requests and contact
- Sending a request through the Site asks us to contact you. It does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any duty for us to provide services.
- We review every request and may accept or decline it for any lawful reason. If we decline, we may share a short reason with you.
- By sending a request, you agree that we may contact you by email, or by the method you choose on the form, about that request.
- Do not send passwords, payment details, confidential business secrets, or sensitive personal information through the request form.
5. Paid work is covered by a separate agreement
If we agree to work together, the scope, timeline, price, payment terms, and ownership of anything we create will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal that we both accept (a Client Agreement). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls for that work.
6. AI tools and results
- AI tools, including Claude Code, can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output, workflow, or code before you rely on it or put it into use.
- Results depend on your tools, your data, and how you use them. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, savings, or performance.
- Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, or other professional advice.
7. Third party tools and trademarks
- NeuPaths is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic or any other company named on the Site.
- Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, and other names on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to describe tools we work with.
- Your use of any third party tool is governed by that company's own terms and pricing. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, fees, and data in those tools.
- The Site may link to or embed third party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
- send spam, automated submissions, or false information through any form;
- pretend to be another person or organization;
- try to access accounts, data, or parts of the Site you are not allowed to access;
- probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Site or its security;
- copy, scrape, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
- upload anything that contains malware or infringes someone else's rights.
9. Our content
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, belongs to NeuPaths or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, sell, or reuse it in any other way without our written permission. The NeuPaths name and logo are ours, and these Terms do not give you any right to use them.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
10. Information you send us
You keep ownership of the information you send us. You give us permission to store and use it to run the Site, respond to you, and provide any services you ask for. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors.
12. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- NeuPaths will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, that come from your use of the Site, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for any claim about the Site will not be more than the greater of the amount you paid us for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid services is set by the Client Agreement.
13. Your responsibility to us
You agree to defend and hold NeuPaths harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your misuse of the Site or your breaking these Terms.
14. Ending access
You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Site. Sections 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 continue to apply after access ends.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the Site or by email. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and NeuPaths agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
17. General terms
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and NeuPaths about the Site, along with any Client Agreement for paid work.
- If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
18. Contact
